#109 Crash while loading local ty file

This crash happens whether I clean boot or not. I
thought it may have been another app interfering, but
no luck in clean boot either. I have attached the
editorlog.txt file as well.
This is the debug info I got from MS Visual Studio 6.0. I
don't do any coding, I just use it to compile a program I
use. Don't know if you can use this but I thought I'd put
