#55 cannot tune channels with special characters

I have problems on tuning channels which have special characters, like the german "umlaute".
Attached you can find my adapter database where you can see the service names.

Channels not working are:
- Super RTL
- RTL Television
- Bayerisches FS Sued
- HSE24
- Muenchen TV

I try to investigate on my own but I'm not sure when I have enough time to take a deeper look.
Currently I'm using v1.0 in a few days I'll test trunk on my receiver.

As a work around try using the ID of the service (eg xxxx:yyyy:zzzz) use lsservices -id to find the id of the service you want. I believe this is a better way of doing things as I believe some german broadcast change the name of the service very regularly (even when going into widescreen and back to 4:3)!
