#17 File only mode for other *nix OS's

Hi there,
I'm wondering if dvbsnoop could be built on other OSs (specifically macOS) in file only mode?
I started digging through the Linux header files and it appears to be closely tied into the dvb receiver kernel driver.
So I'm not sure how easy it would be to separate the receiver from the packet dump.
Also it would be nice to have it handle ASI over IP, pretty sure it's just uses RTP for transport. This is the Wikipedia page for ASI. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asynchronous_serial_interface
