In the same way that sections and descriptors have e.g. descriptor_PRIVATE() to allow private descriptor definitions, dvbstrService_TYPE() and dvbstrStream_TYPE() (and the other identifiers that have a 'user defined' range) require an analogous method to provide user-defined value decoding.
