#2 Auto-detect/user setting of TS packet size

TS packets for transmission may occur in 204 or 208 byte packets, as well as the standard 188 bytes; obviously the size is constant within any given TS file.

It would be handy if the program could adjust for the different packet sizes, or at least allow the packet size to be set by the user.

Currently is fixed at PACKETSIZE, i.e. 188

I would fix it myself if the project would build in Visual Studio Express, but it being MFC I haven't sorted out the build problems yet !
