#2 pointer_field appears ignored in PSI packets

The pointer_field byte seems not to be processed correctly in PSI packets where payload_unit_start is set.

This causes information to be ignored, also, spurious error reports, "major prob, Bob!"

[ISO_IEC13818 ('Program specific information') section 2.4.4]

In this case, the pointer_field should indicate the start offset of the new table within the packet ; however this does not seem to happen, also the pointer_field value is not displayed in the Packet Decode window which tends to reinforce the view that this is not getting processed.
