#1 wrong pcr extension values
I encountered an error where the tool is extracting false PCR_extension values from my transport stream file.
The adaption field value from my file was (checked with different hex editor): "07 90 00 00 00 0B FE CE"
and the extracted PCR extension was 255 (decimal), although it should be 206 (decimal). The PCR base extraction works correctly and delivers the value of 23.
In other cases i saw PCR extension values greater than 299, though the upper value should be limited to 299.

I found out that the error seems to appear only when the adaption field length is 7, so that the adaption field ends right after the pcr extension.
