#16 Installer: Disable Snap auto-updates
In DVA v2, Shotcut is used to set in/out points for the capture (to trim and export).
Shotcut is currently installed using "snap" (on Ubuntu), which by default updates packages automatically. This should be disabled, and updates should be scheduled manually to avoid unnecessary service disruptions.
Add the following to the installation procedure, to avoid undesired updates of Shotcut:
snap refresh --hold shotcut
