#12 Action "export settings": confusing loading default values instead of JSON

When opening the "export settings" action (in video_capture Task), it loads the unedited defaults.
This makes sense if no export config file (JSON) exists - but afterwards it is very confusing - and possible misleading.

for example: The metadata section looks "almost the same" - but aspect ratio is empty (until Load-Button of JSON file is pressed)

The correct behavior should be to auto-load the JSON?
