#10 Embedded metadata: Map to FADGI guidelines

There now exists a document, published by MediaArea which depicts and describes metadata-mapping intentions as suggested (and used) by the U.S. Library of Congress:

Adjust DVA's metadata usage and mapping accordingly to fit this where reasonable, while maintaining legacy compatibility wherever possible.

TODO: Resolve ISRF=[@SOURCEFORM@] to depict physical carrier type (VHS, DigiBeta, DV, etc) string - read from carrier.xml.
