#1 Two Duti questions

Nice utility! I have a couple of questions:

1) Can duti set UTI for all users on a system, or just the user who's executing?

2) The exit codes don't appear to be working. In the case where a handler doesn't exist (for instance com.adobe.reader) the default app remains set to Preview but the exit code is still '0' as if it had been successful.
