DuroDBMS 0.23 has been released

DuroDBMS 0.23 has been released. This is for the most part a bugfix release. There is one minor API change: Database environments have to be created using RDB_create_env() instead of RDB_open_env(RDB_CREATE). An option for recovery is available with RDB_open_env().

DuroDBMS is a truly relational database management system, based on the principles laid down in the book Databases, Types, and the Relational Model: The Third Manifesto by C. J. Date and Hugh Darwen. Download DuroDBMS 0.23 from: http://sourceforge.net/projects/duro/files/duro/0.23/
