Duro 0.12 released

Duro (http://duro.sourceforge.net) is a relational open-source database library based on the principles laid down in the book Foundation for Future Database Systems: The Third Manifesto by C. J. Date and Hugh Darwen. It is supposed to serve as a basis for a truly relational database management system (TRDBMS).

Duro 0.12 version includes several changes to the API. Great parts of the handling of virtual tables have been rewritten, in order to simplify both the interface and the implementation.

Building the software ist now done using the SCons build system, simplifying building on Windows and reducing the distribution size.
