When searching for unique files it would be much easier if clicking on any folder in the tree resulted in all found files below being displayed in the bottom window, enabling multiple file selections.
One option would be adding a check box “[] All” before “Left [] Hits”
Thanks for the effort so far, every other sync, merge or matching app tried to date, insists in including the same file when found in differing folders in either tree,
