New Version 1.78

I made the new version 1.78.
Changes:
Removed inline attribut from a function, because with the current GCC 8.2.0 it caused an out of memory bug.
Cleanups/workarounds to remove all current GCC warnings. Maybe a big cleanup would be necessary.

I tested the new version with the coreutils-5.2.1 in normal mode (replacing duplicate files
by hard links) and compared with the previous verion and Last version from Phil Karn.
The result is:
Files linked: 415 of 2567, Disk blocks reclaimed: 3320
Minimum of found hard links: 1, Maximum: 15
du -sk shows: 30144
