#3 AV in TProjectManager.ReleaseProjects

I created a TestRunner executable which loads all *.dtl test libraries.
When i run this exe, let it load the one ro more dtls and then end it (no tests are executed) i get an Access Violation on FProjectList.Clear in TProjectManager.ReleaseProjects.
