Fix Access Violation introduced in revision 37 when using GUITestRunner with Delphi 2006 and earlier releases.
GuiTestRunner.pas: Update the code in TGUITestRunner.SetUp to ensure that the ResultView TListView is in a known state prior to accessing the item data.
GuiTestRunner.dfm: Remove the design time items data for TestTree TreeView and ResultView TListView as it's not compatible across different versions of the Delphi Runtime.
Older versions use different names and stream format than newer ones.
The design time data in these 2 views is not required and provides only minimally useful visual clues to the actual runtime appearance.
