[DUnit-interest] DUnit branding and continuity

Mark Edington,

I've seen the considerable contributions CodeGear/Embarcadero have done to
the DUnit source base.

I'm wondering if it would not be best for Embarcadero to take hold of the
source code (fork it), rename it, and relaunch it as open source using a
more modern platform (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.), and new rules for
encouraging and accepting contributions.
