[DM-dev] New Release & Management

After many years, DungeonMaker has just released version 2.03. My name 
is Aaron Dalton and I am a new admin on this project.  (Peter is still 
alive and well.)  These changes have not altered this library's 
fundamental functionality but have cleaned up the interface and is 
preparing the way for scripting front-ends. A Perl interface is 
forthcoming with others close behind (we hope). A dungeon 
experimentation homepage is also on its way. Feedback and patches are 
warmly welcomed.
