[DM-dev] Compile question

Forgive the ignorance of a spoiled Windows developer.  I'd like to compile the latest Dungeon Maker code for Windows, and I've downloaded MinGW, but I'm not sure what to do from there.  I tend to get lost if there's not a .dsp file :(  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
