#3 Renaming and adding icons

If the set we provide isn't sufficient, the user should be able to add new wall, floor, or mark icons. These could be persistent to the user account. They could also attach names to the icons, and change the names of the builtin icons (such as giving semantic meaning to one of the colour marks).
