#2 End frame parameter

Just downloaded dumpmpeg. I noticed there was 2
parameters about which frames to grab, I mean --start
and --dump, but there was no parameter to give dumpmpeg
end point. I don't think it is very useful to grab
frames from the given one to the end of the movie with
the given frequency, do you. I think it's better to
pass the frame range in parameters, so I --end
parameter is the solution. I attached the patch to your
code to enable the parameter. The patched version looks
really cool, take a look at it.

And it is very often case when somebody want to grab a
single frame in my opinion, it would be nice to have
special support of this.
