[Dump-devel] Patch to add MB output to dump

This patch makes dump report the MB of records dumped.  While it's
somewhat redundant, it's easier for scripts to search for \((.+)MB\) and
it's what Solaris' ufsdump does, so report scripts can have a little less
logic.

I'm not completely sure 'blockswritten' is what I should have used, so if
the patch isn't right, consider it a feature-request :)

Also, I fixed a very minor spelling error by changing 'volumes(s)' to
'volume(s)'.  This wasn't included in the patch I posted to the
SourceForge patch manager, but should be in the one included with this
message.
