I have not made this automatic :)

The source includes a dump.spec file (which needs to go into the SPECS 
directory). This, along with dump tarball (to be placed into the SOURCES
directory) is all you need in order to construct a source rpm, using, for
example:
	rpm -ba SPECS/dump.spec
