dump-0.4b40-1.src.rpm also fixes the incessant error messages like 
DUMP: ACLs in inode #1982465 won't be dumped which 
dump-0.4b37-1 gives in RH EL4.  And as Stelian stated the fix
isn't available with the automatic updates from RH.
