I sure there are a lot, but you can take a look at (the proprietary)
esbackup:
	http://www.ugsoft.de/intl/esbackup/index.html
which is based on dump (Uwe Gohlke, the esbackup author, has contributed
a lot of code back into the opensource dump/restore).
