[Dump-users] DUMP Bug???

Ok, BUG might be a little strong but....

While doing a dump with the "-u" option
three things can happen depending on the
state of the "dumpdates" file.

1. If exists, updates the dump dates.

2. If does not exist, creates one.

3. If exists, but does not contain
any info, dump crashes......

"DUMP: DUMP: SIGSEGV: Aborting!"

yea, I know, you wouldn't think you would
have a dumpdates file with nothing in it
but......

and it just seems like this is something
dump should handle.
