I looked at it, and although I didn't understand the text :), I found that
the graphics and links you propose very interesting. 

This must be a high quality document, the kind of document that dump
is really missing (several users asked for more documentation about dump,
especially concerning the tape size/density tuning parameters).

I could do the French translation, but since I don't understand Japanese,
this can be a tough job :)

Well, for instance this list is rather unpopulated (since I created it
one week ago), but I'm sure that sooner or later, someone will read this
message and decide to do a good job for the dump community.
