[Dump-announce] QFA tape position patch in latest Red Hat Rawhide

I just pulled down the latest SRPM from Rawhide to build and noticed it has 
a patch for what I think might be a security-related bug, as I wasn't able 
to see the bug matching the patch number in Red Hat's Bugzilla.

You can grab the SRPM with the patch here:

The patch is named dump-rh507948.patch.
