Duel Commander 0.2.1.1 Released!

Duel Commander 0.2.1.1 has been released! This release is a bugfix release which fixes some minor bugs.

This will probably be the last release of 0.2 -series, and development is now concentrating on the 0.3 -release. A development version of 0.3 will hopefully be released within this month, and will be able for downloading in the Unstable -section in Files.

This version introduces defence moves, which the player can use against the opponent. There are two types of defence moves; one that decreases the opponents attack power and one that decreases the opponents accuracy.

The source code for this version has been prepared for the AI-engine, which will hopefully be available in version 0.2, when released. A beta version of 0.2 will be released for testing as soon as possible, while bug fixes are done for 0.1.... read more

Duel Commander 0.1.0.2 Released!

A new version, 0.1.0.2, of Duel Commander has been released. This version can be considered as the first stable version of the game, meaning mainly that the game won't crash when misusing the interface (this was an issue expecially in the Linux version).

But, there is more to come pretty soon, in fact in version 0.1.1 the defence moves should be available for use.... read more

Duel Commander 0.1 released!

The very first version (0.1.0.0) of Duel Commander has been released. Duel Commander is a turn based command line fighting game for Windows ad Unix-like systems.

This is not a stable version, and therefore can be recommended only for experimental use and as a sort of preview to what's to come. The game lacks many functions which will be added soon enough, but this release may give the user an idea of what to expect.... read more
