Initial code upload!

Well, it begins. I just made the initial subversion commit. The code should run as is on any Ubuntu system. You will have to run it as "ruby init.rb" in a console window.

I've also eneter one bug so far in the tracker. The rankings file gets a little messed up after launching multiple apps.

Big priorities right now are fixing the rankings file and getting a working gui in place.
