#1 Rankings file not updateing properly

The rankings file is created (if it does not exist) on the programs first run. When an application is launched it's launch count should be incremented by 1. This works as long as the line being updated is the last one in the file. But, if you launch another app (the line will be added as expected for the new app) then launch the original one again a new line is added instead of the original line being updated
