#9 Adaptive VCF Import

I would like an option for the .vcf file to be imported EACH time the job is ran, instead of the settings being embedded in the job.

Doing many bulk jobs, I would like for the resolution to be determined adaptively (by an external app called MediaInfo) and then saved to the vcf file. I was soing a bunch of encodes where I wanted each encode to have a fixed width of 400 pixels, and for the Video Height to be determined correctly from the original file's dimensions. Since the .vcf settings are saved to a job, rather than a referenced .vcf file, even if I scripted some program to do the task of inputting the correct values into the .vcf file, DubMan does not reference that file upon each encode. It only references the file when initially configuring the job.
