#8 JPG support

When you open a JPG in virtualdub, it searches the
folder for sequentially numbered images starting from
the JPG chosen and adds each image as a frame, allowing
to create time lapse videos which is what I use it for.
Dubman doesn't allow opening JPGs for use by
VirtualDub. If you decide to add this capability I
would love to know (flyvholm at gfy.ku.dk).
