#7 Cyrillic file names and hibernate

I use your program to automate compreesion of my TV
captures to the MPEG4 and it is a great tool! :)
But there some requests, that maybe you could realize:
1. Support of cyrillic file names in the programm. (I
can send you examples of job files from my VDubMod
with cyrillic file names in the script)
2. Possibility to hibernate the PC after finishing all
jobs. (It is suitable when I use sheduler for
capturing TV programs, that can turn on power after
hibernation and hibernate again, when the capturing
stops)
