#8 Problem with German umlauts in foldername

Hi,

when you use an output folder like "c:\temp\123_ü_xxx\" this won´t work. Instead, a file "c:\temp\123_" will be created.

There is also a problem, when the output folder does not exist. Jobs seem to run normal but no files are created in the desired directory.

I´m using version 0.83.
