#42 Bugfix always on top feature

DM Taskbars are always on top even if some application goes to full screen example YouTube video. On main mointor after full screen taskbar (generic) is invisible but on additional monitors DM taskbar is on top and covers (for example) YouTube player bar.

Tested on:
YouTube player [Adobe Flash Player] - issue exists
Twitch.TV player [Adobe Flash Player] - issue exists
VLC Player - issue does not exists (fullscreen VLC covers DM taskbar)
Diablo 3 - issue does not exists

So it appears that it's Adobe Flash Player issue but not 100% sure.

Tested on: Windows 7 x64

    Additional tested application:

Oracle VirtualBox, after running guest system window in full screen DM Taskbar shows on top of VBox window and covers up bottom part (if it's virtualized WinXP it's menu is covered by DT).

I was going to post the exact same feature request. When watching full screen videos, for example, can't get to the player controls because they're behind the taskbar. Making it auto-hide does the trick, but I'd prefer the full screen either cover the DM taskbar or size to above the taskbar if possible.
