DTV, formerly a part of the "Tetsujin's PalmOS Development" project at XNot, has now moved to SourceForge and taken its first steps toward release.

For those with limited experience with PalmOS, it is a system on which tools are fairly scarce, and nearly always available only as commercial software. DTV is the first project of the Tetsujin PalmOS Development project to address this problem.
