#156 Create xml data source and destination

It's not that I really think people will use this a
lot, but it could be useful for some and it would be a
good exercise to add a non-jdbc type of data source and
another destination type.

Could lead to some refactoring to cleanup how the data
stuff is done, 'cause it still feels clunky to me.
