Some Bugs fixed and the Editor is modified to translate itself from '.txml file.
Toolbutton to switch from translated to native and back included.

The Editor is build with CLX. It will run on Windows (compiled with Delphi 6) and it will run on Linux (compiled with Kylx 3)
