You actually did some (Davide Griffiths in June 2005, see m-l  
archive) work on removing some of the presentation stuff in DTDDoc.  
As I'm a new daddy, I missed your post in this mailing list. But now  
we've got some more time so would you be so kind as to show us what  
you've done ?
