Hello everyone,

Work on 0.0.7 (the Bond release :)) has started. I plan to address bugs
more than features in this one. I'll also overlook the integration of
DTDDoc as a Maven plugin.

Therefore, bug reports are more than welcome. Make DTDDoc sweat by the
knees :)
