dtcltiny 0.4.4 released

dtcltiny is a Qt based SRCP-client to control digital model trains. It
needs a SRCP 0.8.4 compatible server (e.g. srcpd) as a link to
the physical model railway layout. In cooperation with locking
table spdrs60 (http://spdrs60.sourceforge.net/) dtcltiny provides
support for train automation.
