#6 Prohibit off-topic conversations

It would be nice for the moderator to be able to make
it impossible to
reply to a particular message (seems like the easiest
way to do that
would be to remove the systers+foo address as an
existing addres, so
that someone who wanted to continue the conversation
would have to do
either systers+new or systers+new+foo). I just posted
a "this is off
topic" nudge, and it would have been nice to make it so
that when people
respond to the original without reading my message,
their message would
bounce. (We'd want to put something in the bounce
message to say "if you
got this bounce message in response to a message you
replied to, it most
likely means that the message you replied to has been
deemed off-topic")
