I tried to use the Load Multiplier tool located in the system configuration panel, however whenever I change it there is no modification in the simulation. I don't know if there is any additional step for making all Loads have an increase in demand.

Yes, it looks like there is a bug there, the control was set for entering integer values, rounding the multiplier value that you enter, sorry about that. But no worries, there is always a way to avoid this issue. Open the OpenDSS Console as indicated in the attachment, there type:
setloadmult=xxx
Where xxx is the value you want to set, then click "Execute" and the value should apply for all the loads in the model.
I'll fix the Load multiplier issue in the configuration menu and publish a new version next week.
