So, I have done it in two ways:
1. I created the line and later click on the linecode magnifier button, there appears the first notification 59009; then I closed it and tried to create a new LineCode but after that the program gets freeze as I mentioned before.
2. Using the General OpenDSS Defs, so I opened it and clicked on New LineCode but it freezes too.
Afterwars, I have seen the IEEE 13 Bus-G example and all LineCodes are defined as matrix but the values in each cell are weird. I compared with the LineCode.DSS file and the values are different.
Finally, I just tried to edit the cells but when I tried to save it I get an error message (maybe because I am using commas but I cannot use dots):
OpenDSS Notification:8304
Error 303 Reported From OpenDSS Intrinsic Function:
Exception Raised While Processing DSS Command:
rmatrix="0,190000 0,000000..."
Probable Cause: Error in command string or circuit data

I've checked the problem and was related with the windows type, so now is fixed. There is no problem if you use comma or dots, OpenDSS-G should adjuts the information immediatly. I've checked the values on the matrices and they look fine, please let me know if you keep seeing any difference.
I haven't generated an installer while we solve this issue, so please download the executable from: https://sourceforge.net/p/dssimpc/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/Distribution/OpenDSSG.exe
Then replace the executable at your local installation, that should solve the issues.
Please let me know how it goes.
Best regards
Davis

I am still little bit confused with the values in the cells, for example when it is defined a transformer, saved, and open again it has other values, maybe is a reduction done?
Other thing I found is related when it is created a new LoadShape, so it comes a new window but in several times the fields are erased and it is necessary to click on each field to appear them.
Thanks again Davis for the answers.

There is a very simple way to check it out. Once you have defined you transformer save your circuit and take a look to the transformer.dss file created at your project's folder. If it matches with what you defined then everything is OK and we will look for other causes, otherwise, something maybe wrong witth the interface, probably because of the regional settings of your PC.
Please let me know how it goes,

Hi Davis,
I still meet the same problem. After I reinstalled the the version OpenDSS-G_V4001 on window 10 and I created the Vsource and later clicked on the ok button, the OpenDSS-G give me the following error message:
OpenDSS Notification:8304
Error 303 Reported From OpenDSS Intrinsic Function:
Exception Raised While Processing DSS Command:
Error Description:
Access violation at address 00000000011FD01A in module ' OpenDSSDirect.dll' read at ~~~
Probable Cause: Error in command string or circuit data
Please give me some help.
Thank you very much.

Hi, Davis,
Thank you for your response and help.
I followed step by step the procedure(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WZp1tugsUc) and cut all steps in the attached word doc file.
Please help me to check what happened.
I guess maybe something wrong in the installing process and I reinstalled several time, but got the same error message. I also install OpenDss. I don't know it is matter.
I think the issue is that you are adding a VSource and not a substation. Try adding a substation first instead. To add a substation, check the image attached.
Hi Davis,
Great improvements in this new release!
I would like to ask about maybe a bug, when I try to create a linecode appears a OpenDSS Notification:59009. LineCode "" Not found in Active Circuit.
Anyway I close this notifications, after I try to create a New LineCode but the program gets freeze. So, am I doing well or already exists a bug?
Thank in advance.
Hi Daniel,
Do you mean when trying to create a LineCode using OpenDSS-G? Could you please describe the process step by step?
Good to hear from you man
Thanks
Best regards
Davis
Sure Davis, I am doing everything in OpenDSS-G.

Hello,
It sounds like a definition issue. Would you mind to describe step by step the procedure you are following?
Also, you can check this video:

Hi, Davis,
Thank you for your response!!!! when substation was chose, everything became ok!
