    Greetings to all.

I created a new model and when I try to use the tool for coloring the PCElements, there is no change in the display. I checked that they are selected as seen in the image.

However, when I open a TestCase, I can color every element. This issue only happens when I create a new model. I don't know if maybe I'm missing an extra step.

    Thank you for your attention.

      Hello,

Have you saved and compiled the model? This is, save the model in a folder and then go to simulator mode, that should do the trick.

      Best regards

Yes, I have done that. But there is no coloring. I even saved in a different folder but not working.

    Sincerely,
    Alejandro

      Hello,

OK, so you say it is saved and that this functionality works with the test cases. Mmmmm, there must be something missing. Would you mind to send me your project files so I can give them a look here. Please, send them within a zip/rar/7z file instead of pasting all the files separately.

      Best regards

      Davis

      Hi,

I don't know how you managed to create a sub layer called "new" within the model, it was making all the other buses to belong to a non existing layer, and for that reason, it wasn't showing them. Anyway, just had to re-import the model and that did the trick. Check the attachment and let me know how it works at your end.

      Best regards

Hello, I don't know either how I managed to do that!

Now it works as it's supposed to. Thank you very much.

I have another question. I have 4 switch controls created, however when I color them with the tool, it only appears in screen 2 of them. Also when I open the switch panel on the automation tool, there are listed only 2 of them. But i'm certain that the 4 of them are created. It's the same file if you have the time to take a look.

    Thank you for your attention.

      Hello,

Those are acting on lines line_0, line_3, line_4 and line_2 and all of them are visible. however, it may look like they are not given the terminal they are connected to. The SwtControls for lines line_2, line_4 and line_3 are opening/closing a connection to the same bus at terminal 1, that's why they look like are over imposing on each other, but they are there. To have a better visualization, you can always add extra lines/buses in order to differentiate them.
Changing the switched terminal will not make a difference, at least not in this version of DSS-G.

      Best regards

      Davis

Okay, now that I'm adding new lines it is easier to see the elements. Thank you very much.

    Sincerely,

    Alejandro
