I have downloaded OpenDSS-G program. when I start running it, I got the error as per attached file.

Hi,

I have restared my computer and I am still facing the same issue.

My operating system is windows 7 SP1 . Is it suitable for the OpenDSS-G or shall I exchange it?

  The operating system shouldn't be a problem since our installer supports Win7 and later. Although, if the installation went OK everything should work fine. Have you followed the installation procedure described here?:
