I am trying to import an OpenDSS project but I get an error when I select "Start Translation" stating "One or more file locations are empty, please correct this item". This is not mentioned in the manual. Note that I do not have a buscoords file.
What does this error mean?

I believe that the BusCoords file is mandatory for the translation. At least I get the same error as you when I specify only the master file. The manual states that both files "Master" and "Buscoords" are required (page 20).

You are probably correct. Maybe I misread the sentence on page 21 "when there is not buscoords file the translation will estimate a matrix with the organized branch to node matrix to place the circuits buses"

Yes you are right, it looks like for some reason I disabled this functionality probably for debugging something. I'll activate it today and post the installer. Sorry.

I've uploaded a new version 2.1.2 and I've enabled the auto-calculation for the buscoords in the case the file is not available. Please download the new version and let me know how it works.
Best regards

I don't recognize the error or the Start Translation command. What program are you using?
OpenDSS-G v211. I downloaded and installed it today
The error window is attached
