Hi all,

I have some begining expirience with OpenDSS software, and I am very interested in DSSim software.

Can DSSim-PC software be interfaced with PYTHON as it can with LabView and MATLAB?

Hi,

DSSim-PC incorporates a TCP/IP server, which is the way external programs can interact with it. This is doable in python:

For this version of DSSim-PC (not supported) the protocol documentation is at:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/dssimpc/files/Documents/DSTCP-Comm.pdf/download

The next version of DSSim-PC will be released at the end of this year. Stay tunned.
